In January 2021, our kitchen designer, Salt Water Design Group suggested three contractors for the remodeling of our 30-year-old kitchen. Her preferred contractor, Patagonia Development, was available to do the renovation starting June 1, 2021. Our stipulations included referrals, cost estimates and availability. Raul Saad, owner, met with us and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism. Patagonia has undertaken many projects where the home owners were away for the summer during construction. This requires complete trust by the owner. With Salt Water Design supervising, the protect was undertaken in our absence.
Upon return in September, we were overwhelmed by the quality of work, the dedication of the carpenters and subs, their cleanliness and their actually working every day (rather than disappearing for unknown days at a time). There were basically no hitches in supply, change orders or costs.
We would highly recommend Patagonia for any residential new or remodel work.

The unit included tearing up ceramic tile and carpet, leveling the floor throughout, putting down a membrane and then installing the new floor and updated moldings. Mr. Saad had one week to finish the work, and it was done on 3-1/2 days.

I’m not sure where to begin with my positive endorsement of Real Wood Floors in Naples and their installation crew at Patagonia Development.
First, Gaby Saad was a terrific person to deal with throughout the selection process at the Real Wood Floors showroom on Trade Center Way. She listens and gives great advice. After we purchased our wood, she was a great communicator via phone, e-mail, and text about the status of everything. The wood itself (European Oak) is truly beautiful and looks great in our home.
The installation work was done by Patagonia Development. These guys did amazing work in my home! The head of the company, Raul, is a man of integrity and class. A great communicator who keeps his word.
The two installers, Ozzy and Adam, were true artisans of the European tradition from Italy and Spain. They worked meticulously to ensure a perfect installation. They were polite, quiet, cleanly, and worked hard with no drama and no complaints, just quality.
They installed approximately 1,500 square feet of wood floor that had many small spaces, slanted edges, and transitions in a four-day period. Again, these guys are artisans, and my house is their masterpiece!
